Besides, I conducted a bit of an experiment with my hair this afternoon in between loads of laundry and I promised I’d show her the results when they became available.

Yay! New look for me … or retro-look, depending on how long you’ve known me. Not too many of the people in my daily life right now know about the pixie cut I wore when I was ten that convinced everybody I met on the street that I was Chinese or Korean or Polynesian or something similarly exotic.

That’s not as retarded as it probably sounds. But never mind … long story!
