Yes, Gina, your dad does read my blog. :)

Well, ladies, your dad has been working for years and I would guess that he is still secretly pissed off at me for leaving the workforce in the first place, back in the late 1980s. Hard to say, really, since he doesn't often tell me what he really thinks about anything ...

And this might feel a bit strange (I'm looking to work evenings or late nights) but I've been thinking about it for some time. I'm not really doing it for the household finances so much as I'm doing it for my business, tell the truth. I need to be making enough to pitch toward the house when it's necessary but my company gets first dibs on my paychecks.

And I have a feeling I won't have to do it for more than six months or so. Just long enough so that I have the money to put my next business related plan into action. But it's like this ... when you want something, you do what you have to do.

The important thing is this: you two have your own stuff that you're dealing with and this is not your problem. Don't worry about it; we'll handle it.

We haven't lost the house yet!

Wah.
I need to get myself a job. Tom said that if I can volunteer again this summer, he can talk to some people so that I will actually get a paycheck, and the people I'm volunteering for won't have to pay me themselves.
All I need to do now is find a place that is within a resonable distance to volunteer for. There's the Library, but they probably won't hire me. The Animal Shelter is too far... I need to think this over. I wish you weren't the only one trying to fix this. Dad is the one who has the decnetly paying job. He should be working harder, but he's not. I kinda wish there was something I could do about it.
This is turning into a fricken blog post by itself. I'm going to shut up now.

Does Dad read this blog?

As for you working at K-mart/Sears, I'm kind of unsure what to say. I know it's gonna be really weird, since you've always been at home working and whatnot. You're definitely going to have to let me know if you get hired. It would probably up my chances of getting a seasonal/part-time job there myself.

Alright, since I feel like I don't really have anything else to say, I'll catch you on Skype or AIM later. Tootles... (I'm never gonna say that word ever again)
