What are you doing New Years?

It’s New Year’s Eve and right this second, the only thing that comes to mind when I ponder the lessons I have learned this year is this: Never again will I give a speech in any language other than English.
I suppose I’m a simple creature.
No retrospectives from me. I’ve probably said this before but I’m not really good at that ‘looking over the shoulder as we head into the New Year’ stuff. When I look over my shoulder, I increase the chances that I’ll trip over something in front of me.
So, I’m think I’ll just rustle up some snacks, chips and dip, hang out with my family (and Jess <3), get quietly plastered an play board games to ring in the New Year. You know, the usual.
