Home, where the love light’s waiting silently for me

Actually, what’s waiting for me is World War III, and from what I can tell there’s nothing silent about it.
Yes, fans, I’m heading out this morning for the epic journey home. It’s quite a journey, too; I’ve got a six hour trip ahead of me after my plane lands at JFK.
So let’s see … taxi from San Sabestian to Bilbao, flight from Bilbao to Madrid, flight from Madrid to JFK in New York City, Air Train from JFK to Howard Beach, A train from Howard Beach to Port Authority, bus from Port Authority in New York City to bus station in Binghamton, and car ride from Binghamton another 40 miles to home.
Whew!
Travel … that is, getting out of and back into the spot where I live … is enough of a hassle that it’s a wonder I ever go anywhere.
Hasta manana!

Actually, it’s not so loud, because we’ve been ignoring each other. Actually, it’s more like I’ve been ignoring him. He’ll say something to me, and I’ll not hear it. He hasn’t said more than…. hmmm… 4-5 comments since the blog post. So it’s not too bad.
Happy flying!
