Anticipation is making me wait
By Me | December 30, 2006
Okay, now that that’s over with …
I don’t know about you but everbody — every single creature — in this house is waiting. Major anticipatory vibe here today.
I would do one of those standard year end put-it-all-in-persective posts but the thought of going over this year in my head is just way too exhausting.
Last night, Gino and Derek and I sat down for one of our montly business meetings, last one of the year. We do this as a sort of in-house Master Mind group to discuss what we’re doing and get feedback and input on our business plans. Very helpful actually — you should try it.
Gino pretty much summed up the entrepreneurial year for us with his usual eloquence all when he said, “It was a crappy year.”
Really, after that, what more needs to be said?
But it was good. We reviewed where we are and what our plans are going into the new year to reverse “crappy” in favor of “lucrative.” If everything goes according to schedule, we’ll be doing rather well by the end of 2007.
Hope springs eternal in the heart of the entrepreneur.
