They’ll try to stop you singin’ in the middle of your song

By Me | November 11, 2005

I think …

that Andy Soroka’s mom should stop reading this blog. She should probably stop reading Gina’s blog, too.

From what I’ve learned, that would make everybody feel much better.

For the record (warning: incipient statement of the blindingly obvious), nobody has any power to stop me from writing exactly what I like here. Not my husband or my kids or my distant relatives or my friends or my neighbors or my Congressional representatives or my kids friends or my kids friends parents or even my dead mother.

Sorry, it just can’t be done.

Besides, nothing here is intentionally malicious. So, if my neighbors (and I use the term loosely) don’t have enough of a life to be able to put my little blog into perspective, well … fuck ‘em!

(All of which vividly illustrates that the kind of control issues that often interfere with healthy human relationships — a significant issue for people with codependent personality disorders — is usually learned behavior.)
