You’ll be relieved to know that we retrieved Ricky’s shoe today. The tree had spit it out and we found it sitting forlorn in the middle of the road in front of Nat’s house. Made quite a picture and might have left some people wondering what had become of the young boy who had come out of it. After all, the river is ominously nearby …

Meanwhile, I have posted my entry to the lastest photo caption contest over at Andy’s. Baited breath time.

Kimmie is in seventh heaven because she got new holes punched into her ears today.

David appears to have been decidedly underwhelmed by the performance of the Binghamton Mets today. I guess baseball has not been bery, bery good to him.

And I’ve been running around all day, mostly doing shopping. Didn’t get much done except to buy an ad on John Iron’s blog to see if it’ll pull some traffic (and revenue) for The MicroEnterprise Journal.

Ah, but the day is still young. I have plenty of time to get plenty of work done. I expect I won’t, though. Monday is my official day off, but Wednesdays seem to be my unofficial days off.

I think I’ll go make use of my new headphones. Or maybe I’ll just go Sim.
